When I was in school I played golf, track, bowling, and I played tennis for a little bit.
From what people were talking about earlier, my school has DDR for their P.E class. |

Just graduated this year, but I played for the Football, Wrestling, and Track teams. This last year I played Frisbee instead of track 'cause I was too lazy haha.

Yeah, Track & Field. xD I'm a Sprinter (meaning I run in anything up to 400m), and I could also throw (Discus, Shotput and Javelin). I could never do distance, a 800m+ race just doesn't go good with me lol.

Complex walking, keeping your body upright and playing at the same time at 170 BPM does take a toll on the body. It's probably not enough to stay in shape with alone, but it does give you a workout.

Staying at attention for 15 minutes because you can't get your huge props set up on the field. Talk about muscle strength. I love marching band though, so it's ok. =P

I was on the Junior basketball team, pretty much starting point guard, although I hate starting games, I was the 3 point guy
![]() I played tennis too, I got a medal from my school for like best athlete or some ****. I play Jewball during lunch and in the morning, not a school game, but like 20 people play it at lunch, me and Eric are the best players.

Besides the fact that I play club soccer, tell me exactly what you know about marching band.

Pretty much all you need to know, after watching it for four years and attempting it myself, it's about the same workout you get from playing 18 holes of golf without a cart.

So you've played through the entire program (not just sticking your horn up, but physically putting air through it) while marching, worn the marching uniform in all kinds of weather, shown up to every practice, you've run to your sets, and you've played at 170 BPM or more (in single time)? If you're not tired after that, you're clearly not marching hard enough.

I played basketball this year and am going to do swimming freshman year (next year for me). But doing DDR for PE would be awesome cause I'm the best in my school. No lie, we had a contest.
