It's a reasonable conjecture for the most part - at least that's what I'm doing.

If you have more than 30 Tier Points, consider being placed in D3.

Anything less, and I think they would investigate a bit further to make a more reasonable placement, because it can be borderline high D2, or low D3 with ~30 TP's.

I am by no means saying I'll be right though.

In relation to the last tournament, are we allowed to submit a score but not have it show up till the round is over, like have the score held until the last minute? (Sprite should kno what i mean)

Oh my god. I hope I don't get placed in anything over beginner. I will get killed. I only have 30 tier points, 19 AAA's, and my Average rank is over 1,000. That should be means enough to get into beginner. If not, I am screwed and have no hope of achieving anything in this tournament.

If you have 30 Tier Points, then it's a pretty sure bet you will not only be placed higher than D1, but higher than D2.
