Eh, since when was slowdown fixed? Also, apparently this guy used it two days ago for his score on vrofl.

I don't see how it can be "fixed", and I don't think the admins have gotten to the point of preventing it, seeing how that guy used it in the link I just posted. I'm not sure, though.
