Go to view, toolbars, then uncheck all the ones you don't want. Pretty much all you need is the address bar and standard buttons checked.

I might be able to AAA CP if I whored it enough. Certain parts are just too grab-bag for me though and pose a problem (the first burst and the megatrill for some reason I tend to get crappy PA on)
