Not only is that "over the top" but it isn't an accurate analogy.

If you lose the song becasue you weren't paying attention when the song started, it's your fault for not paying attention. It happens quite rarely so I don't see why some extra amount of coding work should be done to protect you from your own inattention.

As for using that method to play yourself: Playing against yourself is inherantly bannable anyway, so if you're caught doing it, you'll be banned. I'd rather catch and punish people who'd cheat instead of simply taking steps to prevent the more obvious cheating they do. They will almost always just find another way to cheat anyway, creating more work for the staff in trying to catch them and stop them.

Don't think so, sorry. There's Trip to the Moon, Lunar Saturation, The Brain of the Moon, Moonlight Sonata, and Moonbeam, but no Moon Dance.

Yes im looking for a skilled person to help a n00b out lmao.... well today i got the ITG 2 PC and i got it installed and i open it and it runs at first goes into a black screen and then goes back to my desktop but there are no error messages or anything i would like for someone to run me through my probslems via email/im/over the phone/or anything PS: need help bad pls respond tyvm!

My apologies in advance if this is in the wrong thread...

I'm having trouble down loading some FFR songs. Some load with no problems, others reach 60-70-even 90% and simply stop loading. I am on dialup, use AOL as my browser and am running Vista.. which I realize is probably the triple whammy of death and I should be grateful any songs load at all... but it's so frustrating to sit here for 5 minutes watching a song slowly load only to have it freeze up as it nears completion.

I've deleted temp files, emptied my cache, emptied AOL graphic files and attempted to re-download songs. Sometimes that works, other times songs I was able to prevously download won't load when I attempt them again. (Lost "Let it Snow" due to this which was one of my favourites, REALLY ticked me off!).

Any suggestions you could offer would be truly appreciated. (Short of dumping the "triple-whammy of death, afraid I'm stuck with all 3).

clear your cache or connect then minimize aol and can use another browser

I already tried clearing my cache, it didn't help. And since I'm on dialup I'm stuck with using AOL's browswer or internet explorer, and I can't get the game to load at all with IE.

Any other suggestions?

Ctrl+Alt+Delete
Task manager should pop up
Click the 2nd tab 'processes'
Type in the letters iex (iexplore.exe should be highlighted. If you're running firefox or something, find the correct process.)
Right click the highlighted text
Find 'Set Priority'
Click 'High'

See if that works. (Don't worry, it doesn't mess with the innards of your computer... it goes back to default when you close the internet.)

Rushy, thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work. I understood exaclty what you meant and was able to change my settings with no problems, but the game stalled out at 55% on the download. Guess I'll just give up and be happy with the songs I am able to download.
