Those are probably just accounts to keep the software used to run the forums and maybe profiles. The first user was Synthlight as those accounts are all used by him. Jasonkey is his right hand man and besides those two there are Tasselfoot, Summerschool, Chardish, and Xelius.

Anyways, yes, it's Synthlight. He created the basic site, game contents, the first engine, idea, ecetera.
