1. I don't buy milk or much else at the store, but I'm going to overlook that fact for the sake of the thread.
1a. I'd probably see Synth on the street before seeing him in store (see 1)

2. I'd probably ask him what he was doing. Probably question him a little about FFR. See what else he does. Pretty much the usual stuff when meeting a person for the first time.
