Hints: For picture 1, the first syllable of the user's name is one of those words.
For picture 2, it's something fishies get when they get sick. Short term for it. ;P
Pic 3: Lol, too obvious.
Pic 4: Same rule applies similar to picture 1, except it is the fourth syllable.
Pic 5: _ _ _ _hand - hand. Then listen to the sound.

Piece it together, you get the user's name. No more hints, that's it. If I make another hint, it'll get too easy. =)
