variations 2 sucked but i think that BABC was good enough to get plus'ed, ESPECIALLY since **** files like Tokyo Banging, Square Volume Amplitude, and 300 got plus'ed.

IIRC it wasn't too bad but
- not hard enough
- the file obviously has a room for improvement technically
- the way of judgement of this time is completely different from previous ones (mainly due to avmiss fix)

Well, the editor in SM 4.0 has note denominations up to 192nd notes. I guess is you have 3.9, which I assume you do, it will only go to 64th notes.

16ths/24ths aren't enough accurate for syncing of that song, you have to use either 192nds or BPM change(or stop).
