Default Do you have a job?

I just got one, so the thought came to mind when purusing my brain for a new thread topic.

If you do work, tell where at and what you do. If you don't have a job now but used to, go ahead and talk about that one. if you don't have a job and never have, well, go get one, you lazy bums.

I currently work as a pizza delivery boy at Giovanni's Pizzaria, a privately owned gormet pizza restaurant. The food is awesome. I like the people I work with, too, which is the real killer for me. It's simple enough, and tips RULE. I made $28 in tips both nights I've worked there (per day, not combined).

I work at Kraft (ManPower) Cannery

I work 3 days in a row then get 1 day off and it repeats like that. Sometimes machines bug or there's no production left to be made so we get random days off so sometimes I will only work 3-4 days and get a smaller pay Anyways it's like the piss easiest job in the world, requires like no will power what so ever.

I was self employed in computer help. But then I stopped getting calls. I guess it's time for a real job.

I work at Circuit City, selling TVs and Home Audio systems along with anything you need with 'em. Unlike Best Buy, we are actually required to learn about the products we sell = D.

I've been looking for a job for 3 years now. I had volunteer work 3 years in a row since I was 14, but at 17 I began looking and even now at 18 I still cannot get one.

Why don't electronics stores want to hire an Eagle Scout with 12 years experience in the field?! It boggles the mind.

Heh, I made this topic several months ago.

Anyway, I do have a job. I work at a Toys'R'Us. Weekdays are nice and easy, but weekends are pure hell.

I have mehself a volunteer job...during summer and vacations and such. It's usually 10 hours for a week or something, the people at the art gallery just call and ask if i can come in whenever. Besides, volunteer hours look good on an application. ^^

Lifegaurd/Swim Instructor... It can be fun, but the kids can really get on your nerves at times.

Part time at Davanni's, a local pizza place. The pay isn't great (7 an hour), but considering minimum wage is $5.15 over here, and if you're under 18 that's about the best you'll find, it's not bad. The work is easy and the people are fun, so I can see myself sticking with it through high school.
