Where is the thread (if there is one) that explains how to put songs onto SM so I can step?

To put songs into SM, there is a folder called "Songs." Create a folder in the songs folder called files or whatever, doesn't matter. This folder will be where you can put files.
If I'm reading the post correctly, you asked how to step songs? http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...ad.php?t=72047

I'm getting a lil frustrated with this. Does anyone know if there is a thread with instructions - thorough instructions - on how to add songs onto SM?

I'll try that again.

Stepmania should come with a handy little program that can do it for you. It's called Stepmania Tools and Package Exporter or something. Open the Program folder; it ought to be in there. Open it. The last option is "Create Song". Choose that, find the song file, and after the success message, load StepMania, go to Edit/Sync songs, create a blank by choosing the type and difficulty and press Enter.

And now, you step.
