Did I ask that somewhere in here? I really don't remember and didn't see it on a fast skim. Oh well. Yes, I know the max combo is the biggest factor in the scoring. The FAQ should give the scores and MrESqueek gave it earlier:
(Combo*1000)+(Perfects*550)+(Goods*275)+(Averages*55)+(Boos*-20)+(Misses*-310)
The combo score is worth almost double your perfect score. I've actually gotten better total scores with say less perfects and more good/average because the max combo went up enough.

Since it's been a while (and AceOfSpades decided to show me up with a FC on a song I'm not sure I can even pass yet, let alone FC), here's my latest FC -- Bubbleman Stage Theme. I've been close a number of times, but something would always get me. If not lag, then usually that fast part with only about 5 arrows somewhere in the middle. It took a lot of tries before I finally got the right order for the arrows and even then I couldn't always hit them all. But I finally did it. Yup, still easy stuff for most of you, I know, but I'm trying to work up. Most Standard and up songs are still a bit hard for me to FC though. Bubbleman's just misplaced in difficulty level.

Good work Dronak...I started tracking all of my scores on songs after I read this post. I haven't calculated any of the scores though on excel. I just want to be able to see my progess. I have separate sheets...one for all of the scores for every song I play. I only track these scores when I feel like it and when I have excel open which is probably not the best method to see how much I am improving..but oh well. And I have another sheet that consists of Full Combos and Perfect Full Combos. Again, good work.

Because I felt like it. And it looks cool.

Almost 1337 credits (stupid zero...), a score of 909090, and a rank of 90. I call this "Stalled 90".

By the way, this is actually pretty old. I got 3 boos whereas now I can do it without any. It's just that the goods are a little too high now and so the score never gets better. It will eventually. I also have more credits now.

Yes, the thread's a little old, but why start a new one when I already have one for my scores? I finally got a FC on Secret Zombie Room. Hardly impressive for most of you, I know, but remember I'm still working my way up the levels so this is good for me. I've been practicing it a bit and got down the rhythm of the main pattern, but always seemed to make a mistake for one reason or another. I knew the FC would be coming soon though because I was so close quite a few times, just one slip away. I finally did it. Too bad I also got 1 boo near the very end when my finger slipped, but fortunately, it didn't mess up my combo.

Gee, thanks. :P I'm sorry I actually have work to do and can't spend all my free time playing a game to improve faster.

Breaking the Common isn't my score, if you notice. I can pass it sometimes, but I'm nowhere near getting a FC on it. And yes, all of the songs I've posted are fairly easy levels. My joined date is the first time I ever played a game like this so I'm not that good, but I am slowly working my way up. You've got to start somewhere. Apparently by reaching whatever high level you've attained, Izzi, you've forgotten what it's like to be a relative beginner. I've said many times that I know my scores are nothing compared to most of you. I've never pretended these were great scores. But at my level, they are accomplishements for me. Instead of putting me down for not being as good as you, how about recognizing that this is good for me, at my level now, huh?

P.S. -- Thanks to the people who did have something nice to say.

Sorry if I offended you, I just thought it would be easier to post my accomplishment here instead of making a whole new topic. If it bothers you, I won't post another score here.

No, not exactly. But it might be better if you do make a new thread for your scores. See, I did the same thing before. I saw a newbie posting some scores and decided, as another newbie, to post a score or two of my own there rather than starting a whole new thread. Shortly after that though, someone posted a reminder (just to the board in general) about how you're not supposed to post your scores in other people's threads because they don't want your AAAs overshadowing what are supposed to be their brags and accomplishments. I tried to get some more info, but don't think anyone replied to me. So I decided to play it safe and start my own thread. I don't mind *that* much, what you quoted was true but also a bit of a tease, but it might be better if you make your own thread, too. It seems to me that for this board, people prefer tons of threads over people posting their scores in threads created by others.

I don't track my FC's or AAA's, and I rarly have an accomplishment I think is worth showing, so making my own thread seemed too much of a waste, because I wouldn't post in it much. I'm working on an FC for 4F73R M3 though, and I did imporve my Breaking the Common score to 864,840.
