Ranks and Scores not being recorded

Whenever I complete a song, I get all the game stats (perfect, good, etc) but under rank it says "undefined." Also, my personal best score shows up as 0 and the score I get on the song is not added to my total points.

Clear your Cache and Cookies and log back in.

Well it didn't work because I logged on my name from a different computer and it did the same thing.

It must be a server problem then. Leave it for a while, or message an Admin.

your username has been blocked from having scores recorded due to cheating.

...I never played BB Evolution considering it sucks, so the only thing I can think of is my friend doing it (cause we share passwords). I believe his screen name (ffr name) is adk11892.

If I seriously can't have scores anymore I'm not subscribing... This sucks...
