the longest word in the english language is antidisestablishmentarianism. I take it that word is either made up or another language?

Anyway I haven't heard it before in a regular conversation.

Antidisestablishmentarianism is the SECOND longest word in the dictionary. It's meaning is something of English Churches...or something. The longest word, which I will not type again, is a form of lung disease from inhaling ultramicroscopic particles of silica (sand/glass stuff). Just look it up.
