You can upload your own stepmania songs here (so people can download them), but you can't put them into FFR.
Also, one tip: Practice, practice, practice. And ignore the people who say you suck. |

My avrank is like 200 and there are enough haters to make me feel like I'm bad... don't let them get you down.
Like pickle said, practice a lot. Play any style except for like 1 hand. Try spread, split, and index. A lot of people are good with spread (like me) and index.

Well, playing with one hand isn't really so bad (at least for me), because that's what I started with.

I've been playing left and down on the main arrow keys with my left hand... and then up and right with the number pad arrow keys... with my right. =P
I'd rather do it so that I can have my fingers side-by-side so that it doesn't kill the $#*%^& out of my right hand... but I don't want to pay to be able to configure.... .___. -sigh- Last edited by PsyanideGOD; 01-28-2008 at 09:00 PM.. |

Do you know how incredibly annoying that gif is? What is your fascination with posting it in every introduction thread?

Welcome!
Don't drink the water. Seriously, I did. That's why I suck at this game. |

Welcome. Play spread, and once you're good enough to full combo Difficult songs. Start playing on mute more often than playing with sound. Play on mute for about a week straight, and you'll come out of it ten times better. Then play on mute randomly. Always mute for offbeat songs, or songs by Silver_Brian. It's impossible to PA them well, otherwise.

Actually, I suggest playing with sound first, or listening to the song first to know how it goes. If you have terrible PA, then go to mute. And fyi, not all of my songs are off.
