Personally I see their hair first. Then depending on what direction they are facing relative to me I'll look at their face, or their ass. But I always hope to get a good look at the face no matter what because I couldn't give a **** otherwise if she's a butterface.

With men I look at their size first. I actually like men on the large side. See how tall they are. Try to see muscles. Then I look at their face, and then see if they have facial hair. Then their clothes.

And that's pretty much it.

Skin exposure. Its a very delicate measurement but if done properly gives good results.
