I used to be in marching band (mellophone player), my alma mater band this year has kids from 6th grade through 12th. I think its a great experience, and I dislike that my college doesnt have one. And for those who think its retarded, "you cant handle it" explains it. It takes an insane amount of discipline and commitment. Outside of that, its a great time.
