Anybody and everybody, how do you AAA songs? I only have 3 right now but I'm seeing that there are a bunch of ways to make it easier / harder, mini, putting it on 1.75, that kind of stuff, just wondering what you all do personally, because I'm stuck right now on this one song. ? Thank you...

Practice the song with Dark enabled, get a feel for when you should hit the arrows on different songs, seeing as they aren't always on the right beat.
Turn it off, and you should get more perfects. This won't be an instant improvement, but it will help in the future. I myself play on dizzy w/ dark @ x2.00 for fun, but I've found it has helped me alot with timing. (Not too sure if dizzy has anything to do with it but it's fun XD) |

For me I use 1.5x and thats it. Though the autofail does help.

By "kind of keyboard" they mean "USB, laptop, or <whatever you call the keyboard-specific cable>"
And, if you want a complete answer, just search for "AAA," "improve my PA," or "my PA sucks" and you should come up with hundreds of other threads asking the same question.

A few things to help you:
1. Use a speed mod. Start at 1.25, and then work your way up to a comfortable speed for you. Most people use 1.5, or 1.75. I myself prefer 1.5. 2. Have patience. I've played 22,900 games and I only have 150 public AAA's. It takes more than 1 try. 3. Focus. You'd be surprised how easily you get distracted and it doesn't have to be anything big, it could just be a car passing by that gets a small piece of your attention and that's when you get that Good. |

im not amazingly good at AAAs but right now im getting tons of blackflags ( 1 good only)
some keys to consider, if it helps, tap harder so you can hear yourself tapping. it gives you a stable beat. and yes, AAA do get easier if you play on faster speeds, I myself prefer 1.75/2.0 Also, CALM THE FRIK DOWN! jesus, when i started to AAA a long time ago, i was all shakey and sweating buckets...NO, just calm down, listen and tap to the beat. |

Hit the keys in time with the arrows reaching the top of the screen. Do it accurately.

Nothing.

Use autofail, set it to 1 good, and play easy songs. It will be frustrating at first, but it is by far the fastest way to learn how to hit accurately.

Play spread.
Use Speed mods. Practice. People can't really tell you how to, if your hands aren't built for it in the first place. So...Practice. |
