Yeah, he told me that too lol. But since he's not doing this current batch anyways, it doesn't matter what he's doing now.

posted. silvuh gets the Most Shafted award... 7 songs +d by jx, 3 queue'd and 4 rejected by me.
Also, 3 things... 1. if you file was queue'd, but there are small/minor fixes suggested... and you decide to implement these suggestions... your new file will NOT be re-judged. it'll just replace the current one. so you don't need to worry about that. 2. i'm sorry, but because I'm leaving for PA in about 24 hours, i can't give people much time at all to submit for the next batch. In fact, I'm closing it in about 2 hours... I have to make sure it gets uploaded and out to Rebirth and jx before I leave. Otherwise, it's 3 weeks until I get back and can get them the notes to even start the batch. 3. I'm going to try to implement the before suggested/agreed upon batch cap... if you all forget... 2 songs + 1 resubmit + 1 file for every song queue'd in the previous batch [only including batches in which you submitted at least one song]. so most people will have a 3 song cap, with at most 1 resubmit [most people will have 0 this time around anyway... no time to resubmit]. so most people will have 2. people like Sulfer, Silvuh, EW will have a larger cap. I don't promise this to be perfect this time around... I will be lenient. Mostly because I just don't have the time to do it properly right now before I leave tomorrow. Too many other important things to finish. questions? let the bitching begin...

Uhhhh.......did you even get Strip Mine, cause it's not in the batch and I remember sending it in with The Concept of Love.
EDIT: Was the Ska Cha Cha Silvuh did by Hideki Naganuma as well? |

Yeah, I wasn't sure about the permission when I stepped it, but his name is in the thread with no notes to it... So I stepped it anyway ('cause it's a fun song) at the thought of "I'll just see what happens".
I did the quick fix on Otter's Dance. I had a separate file for Quickdraw I'll send in now. Procrastination on a Paper was the only one I had actually fixed up earlier. And I'm sending one I didn't send in last time. I guess I give up on Shind Bad now. I don't know what's wrong with it currently... Oh, and I'm sending that Forsaken Neon (uncut) file, if I may. EDIT: Sent. P.S. Hurrah, I never knew being shafted could be so much fun. Last edited by Silvuh; 12-20-2007 at 03:39 AM.. |

Well, I don't feel like putting a lot more steps in my simfile because it would just go to more difficult to hear background music, so I'll just upload it to the sim db.

current batch is, shockingly, only at 99 files... and, the only person who jumped out at having more than 3 files is DJ Cristo (and SulferDragon... but he's ok). rebirth has 4, operationstrawberry has 4... maybe unkdavar has 3/4... rest is all less.
so, i won't be capping anything. but i will be locking down the batch around 3pm EST on Thursday. doesn't give y'all much time... but it's the best i can do.

Hey, I would have only sent 4 files if you hadn't taken an eternity to finish this batch. I did two of those within the last 5 days.
Anyway... typical batch quoting business. Quote:

Tass, if all you think is that the repeating sound notes in the beginning should be jacks, could I just change that, leave the rest of the file the same and get it in without getting rejudged?

rshadow: no. besides, i don't want any more christmas music... we have what we need this year.
sulfer: but it isn't midnight dragon... plus, the rest of that song is challenging. besides, i still queue'd both of those... just my input. you can ignore it or you can embrace it.

replayed back some songs.
maybe I was talking about double placement after m16. Quote:
2. sry seems it was just a gap off, like 30ms late. 3. being technically correct (PR) isn't always a good thing especially for FFR, I'd say rolls even if they don't fit the music too well (or half-speed trills). need other judge's opinion about it. Last edited by jimerax; 12-20-2007 at 06:22 AM.. |
