Default Some help if you please

I know im no newb or anything, how ever ive been playing FFR and Stepmania for almost 3 years now and i just havent improved much with trills on the left, down and up,right arrows. Also, i noticed im not so good with a lot of doubles, my accuracy gets kinda sloppy. My question is if anyone has some tips, tricks, or guides to getting better in these areas, please leave me a post, im sick of being one of the only good players that still hasnt AAAed a masters song, lol.

Just one tip... when the arrow gets to the top, where the other arrow thing is... press the key down. Do that a lot and u be fine.

Naw, seriously. Hit the trills like rly hard and stay on beat and u do fine. If u don't wanna do that, just index em.
