this is what someone was saying about song choices. some people are just better at certain songs. For me, max is one of the easiest challengings. not everyone is good at the same stuff. there are quite a few challengings that i have lots of trouble with, and max isn't one of them

You can't complain about misplacement from a single score. Someone may be able to AAA that particular song but do completely horribly on another song of the same difficulty simply because of a difference of playing styles.

Hey, that's not true. Even in the official tourney, I was just lucky... the last song happened to be a song I was good at, that's all. Besides, you'd beat me out on nearly anything else... besides, you have over 400 AAA's, I have... barely over 120 I think haha.

Finally, an explanation I should have given right from the start: the way I play is a bit...off compared to standard spread.

Left index = left arrow = S
Right index = down arrow = L
Left middle = up arrow = E
Right middle = right arrow = P

I don't use AHK and cannot download it (my dad uninstalled it the last time I did and it got rid of something vital on the computer), so I use the FFR Keymap that's somewhere in this forum. That means "Oh crap, I have to deal with onehanded trills with one hand". It's normally not as bad as it is on songs like MAX Forever and JRB (JRB is the one song my style will never be able to FC without double setup, which I'm unable to do thanks to no AHK).

I'm able to PA other things that are harder than MAX Forever, but really, Phynx, it probably woulda been more fun to do something harder in difficulty than MAX Forever as a first round song. x3 I'm just saying my opinion, though.

If I can somehow pull off DS (very unlikely), expect a score tonight (as in one that'll hopefully get me through to the next round :P). Even if I don't figure it out, I'll just get a score, since I don't think 24 people have submitted. :\

I'm sorry for my attitude last night, RAGE at my least favourite file in the game did that. xD

Also, Sprite, while it is true some people are better at certain songs, I still consider MAX Forever harder than most Challenging songs.
