What game took you the longest to beat? - Page 11

For me, it'd be the latest .hack trilogy and Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 03.

Banjo-Tooie took the longest for me. 60 hours of gameplay and one year to play it in. That doesn't even include getting all of the jiggies, music notes and Cheato pages.

I also have had Melee for 3 years and I stll don;t have all the trophies. Duskin is a pain in the butt to get.

Final Fantasy 10 and Wild arms 1/2/3 Definitely took pretty long. Each at least a year, Wild amrs 1 I think I owned and played for about 4 years before finishing.

I spent forever trying to figure out how to beat the Deku Tree. But after that everything else came naturally.

I think Final Fantasy III (the DS version) took me the longest, I clocked in at about 51 hours with all of my characters around level 50. Since I have over 200 hours in it, and my characters are only around level 81...

I would say Bart's Nightmare for the SNES took me the longest, as i STILL cannot beat it. Why is it SNES games are harder than anything out today?

that is so true and thats because no one knew how hard to make a game =P
and the game that would take anybody the longest is SMASH TV,

I have neva seen any vid or even heard of anyone who has beaten it and i still try till today and fail

Having thought about it I'm going to have to say Morrowind. Morrowind took me a damn long time to beat just because I never really sat down and tried. I kept doing other crap in the game like getting insane amounts of money with Alchemy.

Oblivion on the other hand is one I actually went through and beat while doing side quests along the way. That one took me about.. I'm going to say about 100 or so hours but I can't say exact. That first guy died due to me saving over um / my 360 getting Red Ringed and me not keeping the Hard Drive.

Ahhh Morrowind you could aimlessly run around and do **** for no reason, so much fun. I beat Tales of Symphonia in about 60 hours give or take but totalled over 100 hours on that game easy.
