How to help my hand problem

Well you see after I play a hard song my hand gets tired and it wont do as good I mean it started getting tired quicker like a month ago and now I have to wait a long time before I get to play again. Does anybody know how to solve this problema?

This is a forum. Specifically, not the Gaia forums. Basically, it may take a long time for your threads to be posted in. Remember that. Also, there's really no way to help the hand problem; you will, however, gradually gain more stamina as you practice.

I would just try to practice more. My hands used to hurt, but after you play more you get used to it.

Before posting on the forums I would suggest you read the rules/stickies.

Yeah just whore a very tiring song over and over again, even if your tired. It works well that way.

My hand used to hurt so bad that I couldn't even make a fist. I thought I had to go to the doctor. But I took a break from FFR (and other games) and when I came back I guess my wrist was stronger because it doesn't hurt anymore. The bottom line is, don't play to a point where you can't function on a daily basis, but the pain is good. It makes you stronger

Have some consideration for the fact that not all forums are the same. There are many online places where such things are common if not encouraged. Where the forum takes the place of a live chat in other areas, posting and getting immidiate responses and having a back and forth conversation in the thread happens all the time.
