I think I figured out the issue with fast drumming on the pads. The faster it is, the more strict the timing is. Makes sense. By the way, I'm getting a knack for the drums. Seriously. A couple of my friends and I played all day today. We passed Won't Get Fooled Again without having to abuse overdrive all that much, and I think it was the third time I played it. For me, at least, the learning curve on drums is really sharp.

I swear this has been answered at least five times in this thread already. Yes, the bass drum provides a significant amount of the difficulty on the drums. It's not as big of a deal after the first few days once you learn to read it more easily.

This game rules so hard. I do like the RB guitar, but I'm better with GH guitars, and I don't think I'll need the solo fret buttons in order to 5* Green Grass and High Tides. I really want the WAHHHHHHWAHHHHHHHHWAHHHHHHHH sound during overdrive though, so I'm torn. :<

edit: Oh, just so I can update later, in case anyone cares: I'm on the third set of songs in the Expert solo tour on drums.

edit2: Finished the fourth set of songs. I haven't had to play a song more than twice to 5* it yet. Now, don't just assume it's all really easy - I honestly think I'm just pretty good at this. Regardless, all of it is fun as hell.

What exactly can you buy? Blackened is the first track on ...And Justice for All. I kind of want to know the specifics because I'm really, really interested, though I'd buy Ride the Lightning first.
