I'm only answering the 2nd and 3rd questions.
Scorponok survived his battle with the humans in the desert. He escaped underground with part of his tail missing. He never appeared in the movie after that. Barricade responded to Frenzy's message before the battle in Mission City, but he never appeared. Both of these Decepticons must have a role in the second movie with Starscream. These three are the only surviving Decepticons from Earth.
