Then http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/....php?f=29&a=20 There are also guides here: http://www.stepmaniawiki.com/wiki/Create_Your_Own_Songs And you can either use: Stepmania: http://www.stepmaniawiki.com/wiki/Downloads DDReamStudio: http://www.ddreamstudio.com/2.html Or make it manually using notepad. There are many, many guides out there for you to choose from. |

For that, you have to contact the Artist. Then, they have to say "yes", send Tass's FFR MySpace an e-mail saying that they said yes, then YOU or SOMEBODY ELSE can make the steps....personally, I'm working on steps from a MySpace band called Digital Laughter, so we can have more...comedic songs on here, besides the Elemental Tables song, which I find enjoyable.
EDIT: ^^^^In a nutshell |

Experience means nothing when it comes to making a simfile. You could be the worst finger-mashing player on earth, but could make the most amazing simfile. All experience means is how familiar you are with the format and structure of making, dare I say, "steps". I only played 800 FFR games when I submitted my simfile, Haven by SGX, to FFR, and it's in game right now. Someone like aaaonAAA could surely get at least a level 1 song into the game with almost no problem at all. The times you would need experience to make an FFR song would be when you step up the difficulty to at least a level 3 song. In this case, your doubt would probably be correct, but don't base someone's skill on making simfiles just on their experience of FFR, because for all you know that person could be a great simfile maker outside of FFR.

![]() The thing is, though, that with a lvl 1, 2, and up to some 3's, radndom steps will suffice as long as they are synced. With considerable space between each arrow, it is hard to notice a pattern anyways, nor does it matter. It is considerably hard to screw up an easy song by means of bad steps. If it is synced well, the steps only matter to a small extent.
