And 12% an hour at level 44? Train somewhere else. 4x should be getting at least 20% an hour -_-...

Also, they're making Shadowers better and removing Magician's ability to telecast. I don't foresee anyone complaining about Shadowers being stronger, but Magicians will never let that nerf go without a fight.

Well I dunno about all this pirate nonsense, but if they ever added a Necromancer class I'd have to make one. Seriously.

And the pics in the original post on SW have all expired. How much info is out about this thing? I'm trying to find stuff but it's hard to wade through that whole thread, full of people already arguing about how over/underpowered something will be. =\

EDIT: Oh yeah, Elly IMed me last night. Remind me again how many times she's been married in MS.

Cuz it seems now she's starting up the cycle IRL. XD

hey noah look at this one here

Long story short: New class with 2 subclasses. One uses fisticuff based weapons (low level is basic brass knuckle style, while higher level are intricate claws), while the other uses guns (which will likely feature elementally charged bullets). For the new job, there is an addition to Victoria Island.

There is definitely going to be something which will identify previous names, and if there somehow isn't, it will only be a problem for low levels*... Any high level name changes will be made apparent in the community or the person will be called out as an exhacker regardless of their previous mapling career.

*notice: no one cares about low levels anyway.

I've also tried many "real" MMOs. Real bad idea.

Runescape: I ran. I escaped. I died randomly. I lost my inventory.
Flyff was pretty bad and about as dumb as the word it sounds like.
Supreme Destiny was supremely bad. My destiny was not to play this crapfest.
Myth Wars' hype really IS a myth in validity. I wage war on it.
Shadowbane: It was a bane to play you. You've fallen into the shadows of my trail.
Neverwinter Nights: Never again will I spend winter nights playing your slow quests, nor recreating a character 100000 damn times. ****, if I wanted that much creation, I'd read the Bible.
Final Fantasy XI: My fantasy is that this is the final game of the series Square Enix posts online. BTW, never got to level XI (11) 'cause exp is dually-weighted, far too much so. By level 9 it took over 15 hours to make level 10, due to lack of parties to join and high mortality rate. Not to mention losing levels and regaining them in a vicious cycle.
Um... and there's MANY other "real" games I hated.

MapleStory is pure ****ING ownage. There's no second way to tell the story; it's sweet as maple syrup.

(BTW, I apologize for the horrific puns, but I have to make a point, and the context is required to speak to dumb****s as well as smarter people. Even if the dumb****s don't understand it.)

Major thanks to Squeek for the leveling guides. I'll add my character names when I get them set into classes and such. But I work mainly on Bera server.

On a side note, anyone see the new MS commercials? Pretty weird, but, eh, it gets my attention.
