All you have to do for one-handed trills is practice a lot.

For one-handed trills either switch to index or keep your fingers light and low to the keys. No need to waste energy.

Nice, the boo count on Pants could be better though.

Well, I've decided to start playing stuff with more jacks/trills, since those are my weakness, instead of avoiding them all the time, and hope I can get better at them. This is already looking promising considering I used to be nowhere near this:
