Talk about light polution.

Tokyo is the worst though. You can drive without streep lamps or headlights, the sky glows. You can almost NEVER see any stars.

It's always cloudy... either clouds of polution or both. I love it when it rains, because it clears it out for a day or so. Typhoons rock too. =D
