They're crap though. They don't even show any examples of gameplay or even of the style of the game. Also, they tout the fact that the game is free to play, but every single element featured in the commercials can be connected to a specific cash item.

And bonk, what happen? Your party all died right before 1st form died? Isn't 2nd form easy as hell? I know I could solo 2nd form so easy, but I get the feeling that 1st form will dispel+stun me and kill me like it tried to the first time I was going to solo.

lol, they died with 1/4 left in first body; they were in corner and got dispelled and bumped. If you stay on the plats you wont have to worry about being stunned or dispel.

I just got up there used a pie and SR clawed it to death, was fun as hell. So go solo it completely now plz.

I actually tried to solo yesterday morning. Had it about a quarter down and it kept healing itself way too much and I was barely making any leeway.

I shouldn't have bothered without apple. Eventually I tried to get rid of the bomb things up top because I figured that they were the reason Pap kept healing so much (confirm/deny plz... I really don't know a whole lot about how boss self heal systems work, having never really had to worry about damage output being able to outdo the boss's heal) and I guess I didn't have enough HP when one of them exploded. I personally think it's hilarious that I didn't get dispel-stun-bumped but still managed to die.

I don't think I'll be trying to solo again for a long time, unless I happen to become massively rich and can afford to waste 30m on apples. I wouldn't mind doing another priest only run though... actually I think secksehclaw was going to try to do one this past saturday. I haven't talked to him in a while though, so I don't know if it actually happened. We can always try and do something again though. It was pretty funny that one we did before though, because the majority of the damage came from me and secksehclaw and it still only took like 45 minutes. I mean, yeah there was a 13x priest there with dragon, but they left in the middle of it and there was also a lower priest who didn't even have dragon and they ended up leaving. We didn't even have keturah or someone else who was supposed to be coming (forgot who). I can't even imagine how fast we could do it if we had a full team of power house priests, especially with crazy strong people like secksehclaw and keturah.

It's a bad idea.

The best part of marriage is the ring and something personal between you and someone else, friendship or otherwise. The APQ is okay. And you can just stay in Vic now and go to training from there through Mush Shrine. Easy access to APQ.

But yeah APQ itself isn't worth $20 imo... And this is coming from the class that benefits the most from apples (high mulitplier with low attack ratio as it is, not to mention 15 mins with max alchemist vs 10).

Where did you see info about that? I haven't heard anything about that.

My friends and I used to play Maple Story alot for about 2 years or so then we stopped about a year ago when it started to get uber crowded. I bet with all the new advertizing it's even more crowded then it was before. I was surprized to see commercials and magazine adds for Maple. Maybe FFR should invest in some website or magazine adds, I'm assuming commercials would be way to expensive.

Maple Story: the Animation starts in October along with the fall lineup of new anime (in japan duh)

also i just saw a commercial for maple story where two kids were slapping each other because it was something to do then a girl comes and talks about how they should play maple story

it didn't reference anything about the actual game and I just saw Nexon's logo and stuff

it uh, made me promptly change the channel and vomit

Afro, as long as youre doing dual 1ks with claw, which would be faster than SRing it, you will kill it.

And if you didnt suck you could tele away from the bombs to another plat then jump back and back again. Simple.

Oh and I enjoy how being non-lukless enables me to take an 8k bomb

I saw that and I saw another one quickly after that with a half naked guy with his dog. the dog was wearing a hat and a guy walks up to him and is like "What are you doing?" And the guy goes "The hat is free!" Or something like that. Then the guy is like "So is Maplestory!" And that was it.

It was hilariously disgusting.

8k damage means that you'd need 1600 HP to survive. Do you even have that much? Because I barely have that much at 119 and I use a 100 HP Lama...

Also, the reason I died was because I didn't have full HP when I took the hit.

ps did you guys know that skills run out before the icon disappears? I just died because my MG started blinking. It hadn't run out yet, but I died anyway. See, I was in the middle of casting SR when it started blinking. After the SR finished, I went to MG, but I was already dead.

ok so I partied with an ultra high level archer and got about 4.7m exp an hour

and this morning I was soloing and I decided I should time my solo exp rate

I calculated roughly 4.8m an hour.

Edit: Looked it up. Ostred. Level 146.

So he has a level 120 Bandit and a level 146 Archer. Beat that.
