omj i think i suk for the length ive played FFR

Okey kinda being noooby. \
1.Can't FC CIA rave
2. Can't FC Tribal Revival
3.Never AAA'd a song (but im not the only one)
4.I Can't FC even some of the easy songs in dance2

Any advice on how to get good fast

Increase your reflexe vision by putting a speed mod on and play very difficult songs.

play stepmania. Also speed mods really, really help.
Edit: uve only played 1500 games lol, play more games. With experience, comes skills.

Ya, I've been playing the same amount of time as you, but I kinda play way too much, and ya. I'm a bit better than that =P
The more you play, the better you get, obviously.

Do you play 1-handed or spread?

I played 1-handed for a year and a half. Got to what I thought was decent. But as soon as I switched to spread I got 3 times better after the 1st day, not to mention getting better and better every single day as you get used to the new setup.

Hey, I'm trying to Fc Cia Rave too so don't feel bad.
All I can say is practice and use 1.50x speed mod and work your way up to 1.75x.

I've been on for a year for a year and i'm only at 30something AAAs

try out:

Stepmania
speed mods
screen cutting
spread
play more

it helps

This trick applies to any skill that requires the brain to adapt. Do the task(play ffr or sm) right before you sleep.

I'm the best example of this
6500+ games over 2 years ad I can't FC CIA (well I could but I screw up in a fifferent part everytime)
1 AAA
~45 FCs (could do 100 or so if I felt like whoring ffr one day.)

still, I suck the most for how long I've been on here.

I can't screen cut rofl, my resolution is too high, and I cant play like that, I have a killer reaction time so I use 1.75 speed or higher XD

Wow i never really thought speed mods would help i just used 1.25 and 1.50 cause i thought it was more comfortable lol. And i use 2 hands always have just way better. And 1 more thing im not really sure how, But playing before you go to bed how does that help just wondeirng.
