The last time I went to a fast food place was McDonalds. I went through the drive through and while waiting roughly 15 minutes for my "Fast Food" I saw people behind the counter eating french fries; they almost ate their fingers. One person licked the salt off their hand... that was like 8 months ago.

Taco Bell- Crunch wrap supreme.
