(Quick intro. Underground Concept is myself, not alias Zajac, but DJ PolishPat, as well as my friend Gorlock. He is Gorlock on FFR though. Anyways.)
We brought you Mother of God on FFR, we now brings you Brain Dot Wav. It's a DubSteppy/TechSteppy/D'nB/HipHop influenced track. Don't really know how else to explain it. But if I had to say. "Well. It is THIS genre." I would say it is DEFINATELY HipHop then. This is a collaboration done with The Dedicated Servers. They are a big underground hiphop group here in Boise, ID. (Yes. This is where I live and DJ.) We gave them the beat we made. They gave us the vocals. And then we did the mastering and further production again. I would have to say "If you like that, then you will like this..." ...Well... If you like MC Chris. You will like this. If you like Pharrel. You will like this. If you like Aphex Twin. You will like this. If you like (Or know of) Ohmwerk. You will like this! Again. It's called 'Brain Dot Wav feat. Dedicated Server' by 'Underground Concept'. Little over 3 minutes in full length. You can check out the song as my profile song HERE on myspace, or you can check out UGC's Myspace page HERE, first song at the top of the list. And if you like the lyrics. Show MCMD & Peanut of Dedicated Servers some lovin' HERE. ![]() Just want to let you know that Jimerax, being UGC's official contractually obligated step artist (hehe), he is already working on the stepfile for FFR... So Tass... When you see this... Jimerax and I both will get what you need in the right format to you once the stepping process is completed... If you guys have any other questions. Feel free to ask. I'll reply back... OTHERWISE! ENJOY! ![]()

The vocals need a little more distortion and mastering, it sounds far too much like it was just taken from the microphone.
The drums are very, very impressive. The melody suits the vocals well. Very, very nice job. |

Thanks for liking the drums... We definately take pride in the shear amount of wok towards them... As far as the vocals, we were gonna go pay $65 an hour to record them studio quality, but cmon... F $65 an hour haha
But The DS recorded through an industry standard mic through a hardware compressor and then upon further production we took the vocals and did further mastering and compression as well... I think they're about as near best as possible with the equipment we have at our disposal ![]() Thanks for the feedback, though DJS... We love to hear it ![]()
