I didn't like Spenners just because of the song itself.
It wasn't... hmmm I don't know, i just didn't like it =P
The steps well, i will have to judge on my real computer and not my laptop... since my laptop you can't hit 3 or more arrows at 1 time... well you can but in certain combinations. Which im working on fixing atm since its brand new.
But other then that they seem alright.
Steps look fine.
I will check for more details probably later tonight when I get back.

(Btw that one song by DJ Nate you sent me is catchy, the Euprooijdghasdgiuoashg or what ever the hell its called. The first file you sent me)

I will just put on Auto play and tick to see if its synced and onbeat.
Does anybody know much about keyboards here because im having a problem that I can't hit 3 or more arrows at once.
Like freeze arrows, which is why I can't FC a lot of hard songs or songs with mad freezes

For those, if you let go of the freezed right before the next notes below it and press them, the freezes should still count as OK, thats what I always do. I can FC it by doing that

Well, for example: If you play with the arrow keys, some keyboards (or should I say a lot of them) can't read more than three arrows. Only these 2 combination can only be read if you are hitting 3 arrows at a time on the arrow keys: right, up, left and left, down, right. It's weird. Just try changing your keys to something else. That should work. Oh and make sure to test input it to see if they don't lag when pushing 3 or all 4 keys at the same time.

EDIT: i've started the steps for both songs. please cut me some slack. i dont usually make sims. but i just love a lot of newgrounds artists. just tell me how to improve once i submit my file.

EDIT2: The sleezy sunday steps are turning out AWESOME. i think ill submit those.

Song choice is probably more important than anything else when it comes to making a good simfile. The song determines the steps, not the other way around. If the song is boring and repetitive, guess what...the STEPS will be boring and repetitive unless you decide to follow the imaginary beats in your head (which I recommend NOT doing).

Every good simfile starts with a dynamic (meaning non-repetitive) and interesting (meaning not boring) song. That being said, I'm having trouble finding anything that fits that description on Audio Portal and I don't feel like digging for one.

Kil steps awesome music for the most part. He is really careful with his song selection and that's why his files tend to be considered both very good and fun.

One thing to note is that stepping sons you don't necessarily like leads to bad stepfiles most of the time. Step only songs you like.
