It's kinda sad how you're gonna pay this guy 10,000 credits for him just finding a random brush stroke, plotting it on 4 or 5 times, and adding really conventional text...
There are some threads for banners that some pretty talented people made, Fading; most are free. I suggest you look for them. :P
