They need 1 or 2 difficulties for a widget, and one for FFR.

Well, I guess I mean: what makes rock the only genre to have widgets? and why does FFR rush to get rock in by giving prizes to widget steppers?

To attract people that wouldn't have otherwise heard about FFR. When they see a FFR widgit on a band's myspace page they may play the game and come over to this site. It's not rock exclusive. Widgits are being rushed for artists that are well known or have a large fanbase.

I'm wondering when those (currently) 56 files in the disabled section are going to start being released.

Hmm... Lets see.

Songs in batch = 190 (Minus) S*it files = 30ish.
Time it takes to complete batch = Between 3 weeks and a month.
Songs come out every weekend + Random releases.

Sooo.
3 weeks = 6 subscriber songs released.
30 (Minus) 6 = 24.
So every 3 weeks we are gaining 24ish songs in the queue.
This is a horribly overpowering system.
In my opinion, new songs need to be released more often, or reviewing has to get really, really strict.

1. never underestimate my ability to come up with a cool new way to clear out the queue.

2. rock isn't the only genre to have widgets... like... we aren't saying "ONLY ROCK GETS WIDGETS!"... it's just that so far, those are the only band's we've gotten permission for. Only, that isn't even true anymore... just that the non-rock band hasn't gotten released yet.
