Two Hands (4 fingers - 2 fingers on arrows (left and down), 2 fingers on NumPad (up and right (8 and 6))
possibly my type. i play with 1 hand 3 fingers if the song is around tricky. but over .. i suggest i use back my fav way.. u can see my blog. coz my sch recently held a contest  and i got something from it ^^

left hand: left=e down=f right hand: up=k right=o i used to play 2 hands 4 fingers on the arrows but my fingers are long and it started hurting |

I play with one hand only ... 3 fingers. I honestly didn't know that people play any other way. I find it really hard to play with two hands. And what's spread?

I play Index with UP-Left-Down-RIGHT
right now; but I also play spread in stepmania. AS ;'. left hand spread-middle+index fingers right hand spread-middle+index fingers. sometimes I play one handed on index and 2 fingered on spread.. It's good to play 3-fingered spread because it kinda makes your timing better. since you have to hit 2 arrows with one hand and 1 with another hand and the same time. Kinda like playing a piano..oh god..TGWP!! Must AAA... brb. O.o...

As of yesterday, I've been doing 2 hands, 2 fingers (lefthand left-down, right hand 8-6 numpad)
But I'm more used to one hand, 3 fingers. Gotta get use to two hands if I wanna do good.  |
