but yea this one is quite large for 3 weeks.

stargroup: we've gotten like 5 submissions for 101 kittens already. none have been good enough.

coolboy: it's the right file.

concerning midnight dragon: i think this makes 6 different people to submit files for it. nearing sail away territory, but not quite yet.

rebirth: as jx said, we had a 190+ file batch. the one right after shash took 6 weeks to judge AND i moved cross country. go figure jx and i had to judge that one... shash got off lite doing the + files only. either way, that file has been uploading for like 6 or 7 hours now, and it isn't done yet. *sigh*. will PM you both a link when it's done.

I only submitted one. hi19's the one to throw the sucker punch at. If only as much people had interest in simfile making as when there were only 3-5 people doing them, we would be much worse off.

deep in was tested separately as a rock file. i +d the file, but i wasn't 100% sure the sync was correct.

3 of my songs were recently submitted, and 2 others have been submitted in the past. maybe, just maybe, one will get in this time. one of them had something like 5 revisions.

i don't, per se, like coming off mean.... but from all the songs of yours that i've heard so far... i really don't think your music is very good.

i don't believe this is the first time i've said this either.

then again, it's quite possible you've gotten better at making music since then.

Same thing with me. I've had Rewind re-done over and over by different people since June of 2006. Maybe THIS time it will get in lol. (not)

why would someone step vertex GAMMA? i feel like that would almost qualify as a blank difficulty song if it got in. :\

haha its okay its not mean, its fair criticism. things like that only motivate me to work harder and make better music, and yes i have most definetly advanced in making music since i first started trying to get stepfiles in. i mean i have only been making music since like february so its hard to compare to the people who have been doing it since they were 9 or somethin.

Well at least i've gotten better at simfile making, so hopfully at least one gets accepted and is good enough.

When do you think you will post the updates for the new batch? Sorry I'm so impatient I'm just excited since this is my first file submitted and all. I'm probably going to submit another file soon once I make sure the artist will let me.

well, jx is going on vacation from the 31st til the 8th. so if he doesn't finish by the 31st (which i doubt he will), then he won't get me his notes until the 8th or 9th. but, i'll be away for a long weekend over the weekend of the 8th as well... so the earliest i'll be able to start my part of the testing will be the 10th or 11st. so....

my guess is middle of september. this is a 3 week batch, for sure.

Except the if this batch takes that long the next batch will probably be over 200 songs.
