Alright, I'll give it a shot--- If you want, I can make the whole thing in 3D, that'd make a better picture with a few shop additions

okay, back: I'm going to try something completely different, if thats alright (I'm making it all in 3D, because there are a lot more texturing capabilities.)

I need you to be very specific about what you want in the following catagories:
1. Ambient texture of the whole thing
2. Brightness
3. Texture of text (can be an element as well eg steel)
4. Texture of background
5.Background objects (if any, these can include long spikey arms reaching in for an abstract look)
6.Foreground objects (if you want, these include maybe a realistic mirrored sphere in the left of it reflecting the text and rest of the atmosphere)

if this is too complicated, just ask for explaination (I'm letting you be really custom on this, so I gotta know what you want )
