Default Should i switch to spread if I want to continue getting better?

I've played FFR for awhile now, about 2 and a half years or so. I play one handed with 3 fingers and I can do very difficult and even some challenging, though when it gets to the part in the song where it goes in streams with a lot of yellow arrows (not sure what the term for that is) I just can't seem to hit them, though I can read them. I was thinking about switching to spread but want to know if that will actually help me hit them, or it just would be a waste of time. Um, also if there have been other threads on this sorry in advance I didn't see any when I searched.

If you can't do streams well with one hand then you weren't made for it. So switch to spread.

Well...it isn't streams I think... Its, well I'll just give an example. On Vertex Beta when it gets to the yellow arrow part...thats the part I can't hit. Unless that is called streams. Then never mind

No. You don't need to change to get better. Just keep practicing.

If your talking aout Jump streams. Then its ok.
Meaning non-stop streams of 16ths (yellows) with double notes placed randomly.

I still have a LOT of trouble with those.

only a gifted few will ever be even decently competitive with one hand.

switch to spread. it will take you two weeks to adjust, but you will get much better.

No one is made for one hand. I'm willing to bet that you (Yes, you Zageron), would become about 5 times better at FFR if you would just simply switch to spread.

I was stubborn about switching from index, and literally 2 weeks after switching I could easily do jumpstream, which killed me index. =/

I really don't see why people refuse to switch from one hand.

I'm aware that is I switched to spread I would get A ****load better then I am now. But if I was to play for another 5 months then I would be that ****loads better playing one handed.

I've gone from not being able to play Very dificult to FCing them in 4 days. JUST from playing Max Forever 50 times in a row.

it's fine to play one handed, but you have to be aware that the difficulty ceiling of stuff you can do will always be alot lower than it will be for spread players.
