For the record, I'm against adding token songs to the teir requirements. Tokens aren't like normal songs in which everyone has access to from the get-go, which is the same reason they weren't added to the regular level rank, but have their own special ranking system. They're not like secret songs, in which you just need to play to get them. Tokens are their own seperate beast, and should be treated accordingly.

wow, i just looked at ledwix's tier point list, apparently i didn't know all those songs gave tier points, not all appear on the list until you play them, so, im gonna go get more tier points =O

Token songs will be added because they can't be ignored anymore.
Only harder songs (than regular ones) will be added, with a bit less point reqs.

songs like Idol, Disconnected Mobius, Luna Marionette might be on the borderline.
Or should it be 10 or harder for Skill Token req songs?

regarding smartdude's earlier comments about the req's seeming like they were too low (aka only +175 as opposed to +275). I believe this was done to mitigate the effects of boos. So an sdg with two boos still counts as an sdg, or something like that.

I'm fine with Tokens because they're just a 'search FFR somewhere and eventually you'll find them song'.

I dunno about Skill Tokens because it'll take a long while for some people to get certain songs (like Mou Uta and Kyuin, Otaku's, Viennacore...)

I think normal tokens somewhat have a factor of unfairness for skill, but skill tokens don't since you can get them purely with your skill.

Yea you will have to play and get better scores to get more points, but it's just a difference that those songs were released as regular songs, or skill token songs.

Hmm. Why do I suck? Maybe I'll be like lump. I've already played over 16k games and I only have 35 tier points I'm sucking so much. Maybe I'll just suddenly come out of nowhere and everyone will be like, "WHAAAAAAAAA?? :S" lmfao. I hope so. Or else I'm just bad at FFR. And I don't want it to be like that.

No, especially to the Speedvibe songs. AOM is iffish.

I like the current system, since with such a limited number of songs, climbing tiers is harder. With the addition of tokens/STs, some people such as myself with everything but vROFL have a huge advantage over people like Lump.

I disapprove of this greatly.

If there is so much complaining, why not just have 2 separate lists? 1 list for non token songs and then 1 list that would include all token songs. Yeah, this would be a lot more work but then it should make everyone happy. Also, to make this possible, why not just have a little box to check on the tier points page for each of the previously stated options. But yeah, thats just my idea. As long as I'm still on the list and moving up, I really don't care.

Why not someone make a real list, that's actually accurate in terms of actual skill? This one is based on how much you whore everything. We haven't had an accurate list in terms of skill in so long, barely anyone could assemble even a remotely accurate top 10.

average rank would be very accurate if everyone cared to play the slow offbeat songs. xD
