ok.... some stats from jx's and shash's results...

12 files +d by both, out of about 127
9 files +d by just jx (although 1 is a C&B file that Shash hasn't played yet)
16 files +d by just shash (and still about 10 files he hasn't played)

6 of the 16 files shash +d, jx gave a ?. rest were +?
5 of the 9 files jx +d, shash gave a +?. 2 were -, 1 was ?, 1 he hasn't played yet.

of the files +d by both....
3 were by jx
2 were by dore
2 were by BDN, 2 were by SulferDragon (1 collab between the two)
1 by xSerpentinex, Valtrix, V4N, Starfalcon

MrZombie and bob bob get the bonehead awards.... MrZombie for submitting official VG tracks, which clearly we don't have permission to use. bob bob for submitting files that he didn't make; bob bob is now forbidden from submitting files.

Coolboyrulez0 and Maikelru get the "Newb Who Needs To Have Their Files Tested Before Submitting" award. Both submitted 6 files... Coolboyrulez's 6 all had incorrect BPMs (i'm going to ignore your 4 other submissions for this batch, as i'm going to go out on a limb and assume those 4 have wrong bpms also). Maikelru had bpm/gap issues on 4 of his 6. I'VE SAID IT 100 TIMES.... HAVE YOUR FILES TESTED, PLZ.

Will start working on the +d files shortly.

EDIT: I think that was a bit harsh. Coolyboy, Maikelru, and any other newer simfile author.... we certainly appreciate your dedication and desire to help further the site. Just work on your execution a bit more, please. Many people are willing to help test your files; take advantage of their willingness.

How long, usually, is it until this next batch closes?

Edit: rebirth, what'd you do put 16th note stream like 22222222 in it?

Don't know. If its rejected, it'll be because of too many 16th jacks or something, when they're in the music. So they completely **** me over

mrpop: we don't like to mess with your files. at all. we've only done it once, and that was, IMO, an extreme case.

to the other question: in this instance, you'll have until tomorrow night. about 24 hours. in other instances, it will probably be closer to 48, but i happened to have already downloaded all the files for the upcoming batch, a process that takes 2-3 hours by itself.

anything over 150 16th jacks has the potential to be 2 framers. higher the bpm, higher the percentage will be. rest will be 3 framers.

Hmmm, i have a question for Tass or anybody that might think this is a good idea.

I was thinking of making a sick gabber kind of song called A Very Gabber Christmas made by Family Farce.
I can get permission from them pretty easy so that wouldn't be a big deal but if I do make it and you enjoy it and the steps.
I have one smaaaaaaaaaall request =]
If you could release it sometime around Christmas?
Cuz then it would make more sense, if you know what I mean.
Well hopfully I get a response and don't get totally ignored =[

Would Tass/Jim/Shash/Rebirth or someone play the 47 seconds I have done of this song? I know that thats all you guys do, and I should just wait for the batch, but I really like the jacks, and another step author said it was good/fun too. I would really apriciate it. Anyone really.

If you want it released around Christmas, you better get it accepted sometime within the next 2 months or sooner, and it should probably be pretty close.
