i've basically done nothing BUT play ffr for the past couple of days haha, it's been hard enough to get to tier 1

We know you're decent at FFR. It really surprises me how many people mash Pants, though.

For one thing, Pants is a freaking hard song to even FC. Also, it takes a really good SM player to PA a song like this.

Well, the way I see it, once you've broken your big combo from the beginning on Pants, you shouldn't do any more mashing. Only your max combo matters, so it's best to play for PA the rest of the way to get more points. Did you really do all that mashing before you broke your combo, or can you just totally not read the jumpstream in the later part?

I can't aaa anything, I should just go back to sm cause I can't PA ****. I managed a 634 combo on rev. etude buuuut my internet went out cause Verizon is the biggest POS ever. So I would have 2 scores to post, but I'm left with one

Not the best score, but this is the FC that just brought me up to Tier 4! Swweeeeeeeettttt!!!!

On top of that, it's first time I've played this song in 2 months.

What I used to do is start mashing as soon as I broke my big combo. Actually, not so much mashing as just holding down all the keys. So more like booing out.

The boo count pisses me off (I didn't mash through any of it, btw, I just have a tendency to hit arrows that aren't there for some reason), but what pisses me off the most is that I missed in 2 easy spots.
