This is the first score I've ever actually been proud of ^.^
Also the first time I scored a fc on anything higher than a "difficult" rated song. One of the reasons I post this, however, is to ask for some advice. What's a good song/method to practice minimizing my "boo"s and goods? And what exactly is a perfect attack o.O |

GJ on that song.
"Perfect Attack", known as "PA" around here, is your ratio of perfects to goods. What is considered good PA varies with the difficulty of the song. For instance, 44 goods on Destiny is considered pretty decent PA, but 44 goods on, say, Uber Rave, is considered amazing PA. Oh, yea, nice PA GA needs work though, how do you manage to get that many averages?![]() This is my beat PA of Destiny, considered to be excellent. Try that file, it is one of the first songs in Dance2 and it's not that difficult to get a good score on. It is reasonably difficult to FC though, because of one pretty large stream in the middle. Still a fun file. Do you play index, spread, or one hand?

Good job on that FC, it's a neat song.
A few songs that you could try practicing that are ranked "Very difficult" are : -Brightone -Destiny -Resurrection in Progress Those are good for practicing regular stream, and if you play songs like that enough, it'll help out your PA. =) |

Thanks for the tips, I've been playing for a few hours now trying to listen to my own keystrokes and the song at the same time... Increasing my PAs slowly but surely. It's difficult for me atm, but if I stick with it I think this is goin to pay off ^.^

Do you play stepmania? If you do, try slowly raising your c-mod, then try raising your speed mod to 1.25x or 1.5x on FFR and it really should help. I remember before speed mode, I used to not be able to PA for #*&%, and now I can PA pretty well.

You can also increase the judging levels in SM to help PA. I did it for the first time yesterday, played a couple songs and my PA increased dramatically.
JUSTICE, is not cool, btw... Edit: Platypus, Horizon and Moonbeam are also very easy but not too difficult for easy practice.
