5'11 1/2 and 180lbs.

Used to weigh 140, but I gained 40lbs in a month last summer and was never able to get rid of it. I'm just not as skinny looking, a little more broad and thicker.

NO CLUE how this tunred into a What's your height/weight thread but i like it.

6' tall and 190 lbs, going for 210 by september. (Muscle, not fat)

And i do everything healthy except for my eating habits, which i drink soda daily and don't eat healthy meals but i don't eat any sweets or snacks.

I HOPE you are exaggerating. 40 lbs in one month? At that rate you could be one of the heaviest in the world in a bit over a year. And losing fat is easy you just have to work for it. Run intervals for an hour or even just a few miles of fast jogging a day for 3 months and you will below 10% BF if you eat right as well. (That's the harder part in my opinion, since i don't pay for my own food and my family eats unhealthy)

im not happy with my wieght so im not going to say it out loud, but i am 5'7, not happy with that either.

Arm Wrestling is mostly technique, strenth is part of a technique, there's so much more to it than strength.
Muscle mass is deceiving, bulk isn't always strength etc.

Give or take a few pounds but yeah, I was 140ish and weighed up to 175-180 area after a month of doing nothing at home and stuff lol. It didn't turn into pure fat though. It just kinda added to what I already had and it suited me, doesn't look like I gained weight until I looked at myself in just boxers or something then you could see my upper body got a little thicker.

I'm 6'0 196-200 7.5% body fat on average(well that's what my scale says today...)

I run a lot.

5'8 145. I need to gain 10 lbs in muscle to be more efficient in my weight class. Going to have 1 or 2 kick boxing bouts next month so my "getting back into shape" training has been burning a lot off =/.
