Have you ever play ITG? Once you get one excellent or one great on ITG, Your award by your score percent has a lil picture of a flag. That's all i know lol

OK guys, serious question. How do you not miss a million arrows on Pants? I can combo the first 1200-ish notes, and get around 40 goods total, but I get 40 averages, misses, and boos in the jumpstream section. I'm fairly certain I'm hitting all or most of the arrows, but I miss every 10 notes or so. My last score was 2865 perfects, 66 goods, 47 averages, 46 misses, 46 boos, 1154 combo, and rank 62. Before that I had one with worse combo, but ~40 goods, averages, boos, and misses. I don't get it.

Another time I boo'd out at about 1000 notes because I was getting BS misses in the streams, and I had 7 goods and ~10 of everything else.

Second try today. The good was near the beginning. I don't feel like trying to AAA it so I guess I won't.

That seems kind of counter-intuitive.

I just cut an 1800 combo on Pants in half. 907 combo and 850-ish combo with one miss between them. But I managed to cut my miss count in half already. If I play it enough I can probably combo until the second jumpstream, but then I dunno. My stamina kind of gives out around there.

You only have to hit a note early when there's another note in the same direction close after them, and the closer that next note is, the more early you need to hit the first one. Pants is lame since it has the same pattern repeat way too many times near the end.

there is a thread around here somewhere that perfectly explains exactly what jack syndrome is, when it occurs, etc etc. i feel like either doug or dore made it.

Yep, I made that thread. Nice Manhattan, I would have already expected you to have AAA'd The Dream of Scarlet though, but it's still another AAA for you nonetheless.

i've gotten 1 good on both of those songs about 4 times. i've jackflagged both of them also. i've avflagged dream of scarlet. i miss flagged manhattan twice.

you name it, i did it on those 2 songs.


another fun one. had the AAA the run before, but hit a lag spike from an IM and got a good around 710.

8 goods and 6 avmisses on Lawn Wake IV, second try.

I don't like these things.

EDIT: 4th try on B.B. Evolution I got 4 avmisses. Two on minitrills, one on a 8th minijack, and one on an 8th jump. I think I'll go back to stepmania for now.
