man, everybody is better than me. i can FC quite a few songs, but i have never gotten a AA on foot

i just need to play more, but i cant get to an arcade very often at all. then again, i worry more about passing hard ass songs than i do AAing easier ones.

and as far as showing off my DDR ownage, that's pretty easy. the really good people dont go to the arcade i go to, they go to the one where it only costs 1 token (mine costs 2, but my mom works there, so, yeah...) so i never have much competition. last time i played, every song i finished these 2 people in the back of the place started clapping.

but i suppose my best vs mode accomplishment would be when i went up against this random guy at an arcade (the 1 token one i mentioned before). the 1st song he whooped me. the 2nd song he whooped me. 3rd and final song (yeah it's gay, there should be 4) he picked Tsugaru. i hadnt done it on foot before, but i had played it so much on DDR MAX 2 at home (we had gotten it recently, thank the lord) that i knew the steps. in fact, i has just been thinking that i could do it and that the hardest part would be swiveling in that part about 3/4 of the way thru. so we start playing, and a lil bit into the swivel part he fails and i keep going strong. so, i totally destroyed him (cant remember what i got, tho).

the lesson is: i may not always have the higher score, but i can pass it when you cant, especially when it's a slow song or something like I Feel... with alot of seemingly random 16ths and u dont know when to hit them even tho it's on solo.

Man, I can't believe all you guys only get 3 and 4 songs. Everywhere I play it is always 5 songs for 3 tokens.

But yeah...ANOTHER recent story at a friends 'home pad' tournament rofl. We were using Red Octane Ignition 2.0s btw... Well anyways, basically what happened was I was in the middle of BREAKDOWN! and all of a sudden my friend Katy, throws her cat at me, and i just yelled what the fuck. The cat lands on my back, I trip and miss like...10 arrows maybe... i get back up, and i still beat Jordan (the guy i was vs.) So yeah, doesn't sound all that amazing. it was pretty much one of those 'you had to be there to find it funny' things.

but a similar thing has happened to me, only i was playing halo at a friend's house, and he has kittens, and they were all crawling on me and stuff and i kept dying (not that i would have won if they werent there. i suck with those damn XBox controllers). also, it turns out i'm allergic to cats, and when i woke up the next morning my eyes were red and puffy. and by red, i mean RED. no whites at all they were so red. like uh, fremen, only red instead of blue.

It was a big accomplishment to do all the crazy hard songs, but I love to bust out with spins and stuff, makes the whole thing look better. Like when playing R3. I can do about 75% of that song with out ever looking at it, so most at that time a fliping off my friends or waving to some girl, of course this girl has to think the whole idea of DDR is cool...(probably mom.....) anyway, try to find out how to freestyle.. it makes the whole experience alot more fun and enjoyable.

I Got My First Decent AAA last night

Ok so the song's still easy...but harder than anything like butterfly or jump at the least! Got a AAA on Kick the Can on a 5th mix

I'm so proud of myself lol.
