Pardon me, but isn't the sentence for violating a DWI parole 3-5 times (May I reclarify: Driving While Intoxicated, not just Driving Under the Influence; she was up to the eyeballs in alcohol) much bigger than just 45 days in prison?

Depends if you're famous or not.

She isn't going to get the whole sentence.Maybe only 20 days the judge said.

Oh god, that's even more pathetic.
IMO, I seriously doubt that 20 days in jail will do much to change your ways, other than you knowing that if you get caught again, it'll be worse. |

She should at least be sentenced to death, that way, we don't have to deal with her drunk driving dip-sh** ass anymore. She deserves to go starve and die in a hole.

Hollywood and its coverage is just like a larger scale version of your school: everybody knows everyone. So little things are more interesting. PS I have honestly never seen how Paris is "hot." She is okay looking but about 25% of the girls in my school top her in terms of looks on an average ****ing basis.

Only that's basically violating half of the laws/restrictions of the judicial system to kill someone for DWI's. We all want her dead, but the government can't kill her......yet.

Hey, screw you guys, Paris Hilton is my idol. Anyone who can take a gigantic dump on the american legal system in this many ways and still have a metric-ton of money is awesome. She's getting a million dollars for her memoirs of the time spent in jail. A million dollars. She's getting paid more then many people see in their lifetime to sit in jail and scribble notes. That's awesome. That's my idea of success. Rock on Paris Hilton.

honestly...if this was a NORMAL person then they would go to jail for the full sentence. Just because paris hilton gives away her body doesnt mean anything...i think this is total b.s and she should get the full sentence...and im glad Sarah Silverman said those things at the MTV Movie Awards

What you're all overlooking is how inherently awesome all this is. If you got away with something like this, you'd be damn proud of it and brag about it to all your friends. It's awesome to be able to slip through the cracks of the legal system and make a farce of the whole thing. I don't like Paris Hilton as a person, but that doesn't mean she isn't the perfect picture of how I wish I could live life.

From what I've heard, her medical condition was a case of severe rash. GIVE ME A BREAK! And lol at her return to jail. She claimed that her re-sentence to jail was "unfair and unjust". Cry on. |
