I am curious, is there any one out there who thinks that she doesn't deserve to get thrown into jail for at least a month (preferably a lot longer).

From everyone I've talked to and everything I've heard on the news it seems to be the consensus that absolutely no one likes her. Is there a single person out there who wishes to debate this (and probably be made fun of)?

Paris Hilton 100% deserves to be in jail... She's driven under the influence 3 or 5 times, so she should get the same punishment as everyone else and be put in jail.

I don't get why people keep talking about her or her stupid drunk / slut friends. The public looks down on her but the media is constantly covering what stupid things she does. Anything that increases her publicity or popularity is a bad thing. The only good function she serves is to show people what happens when you spoil your kids their whole lives...

She deserves to go to jail she broke the law. Even if shes a celebrity, who cares?! Its fair punishment for everyone.

They let her out of jail because she wanted to be under house arrest. So technically she was never let out of jail.

Surely you don't believe being confined to your home but able to access all the luxuries said home provides is the same as being confined to a tiny jail cell with a mirror, a toilet, a six-inch window, and one hour of "playtime" a day?

Yea there is a difference. But I just can't see why anyone cares about her going to jail. Its not like she just died or something.

Still, if she was an ordinary person stuck at home, if it were me i'd be soooooooooooo bored. But then she's rich and can order lots of things online to entertain herself.

Because (this is my opinion) she's too dumb to entertain herself. She's been spoilled her whole life and can't handle not being able to maintain her lifestyle.

She is not a celebrity. She's only famous because her parents are rich and she's a whore. Seriously...

Also she should get the sentance anyone else should for an offense of her degree. Also apperantly she was let out for "medical" reasons including crying and depression. When I see this I seriously want to beat up the person who made the dicision to release her. Also a month (probably three) would probably do some good for here.
