It is possible if you had that many keyboards, and a keyboard fast enough to not lag for even a single frame in the entire thing. You just have to be fast enough to hit the 0 framers twice before the next note comes like in Chrono, which is really hard if the next note is only 1 frame away, but possible if you could somehow press the keys fast enough.

well pressing keys that fast you would not be hitting enough arrows per key hit to keep your life bar above FAIL

Wrong. It is possible. From what I've seen in Chrono, if you hit the first note in the 0 framers, then hit the second one, it seems to be an automatic good, but then you will still get a miss, so that's a life bar plus one and then minus one, to cancel out. Everything else is 1 framers, so you could get averages on all of them, which don't hurt or help your lifebar, so you could potentially do it if you were fast enough and good enough, but no one is nearly that good.
